Cookies
Last updated November 1, 2026
This page lists the cookies and browser storage used on ledgri.com, the help centre and the Ledgri app. We never put advertising or analytics cookies on your device unless you click Accept all, and we never sell personal information.
How we count visits. Our own visit counter uses no cookies. It records the page, the site you came from, campaign tags in the link, your country, and your device type. To count each visitor once a day, it uses a scrambled code made from your IP address and browser that changes every day; your IP address itself is never stored.
Always on: needed for the site to work

|---|---|---|---|
| country | Cookie · ledgri.com, help centre | Shows prices in Canadian or US dollars. | 1 day |
| ledgri_ref | Cookie · ledgri.com, app | Only if you came through a referral link, so the person who referred you gets their credit. | 30 days |
| ledgri_consent | Browser storage | Remembers your cookie choice. | Until you clear it |
| ledgri_src | Browser storage | Remembers how you first found us (for example a Google search or an ad campaign), so we know which of our marketing works. Passed to the app if you sign up. | Until you clear it |
Only if you accept: analytics and advertising

In the app
The Ledgri app has no analytics or advertising cookies. It keeps a few settings in your browser's local storage, on your device only:
- Sign-in session · Keeps you signed in on this device. Signing out removes it.
- Last company you opened · Opens the same company next time.
- Light or dark theme · Remembers your choice.
- Timesheet timer · Keeps a running timer if you reload the page.
- Sign-up details · Keeps your chosen plan, referral and how you found us until your account is set up.
Clearing it
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings. In the app you'll need to sign in again.
